Through the years I have collected a number of lesson plans for my kids to use. Some I have made others I have gotten from certain places and I left the credit on them others I have no idea where they came from so if you know let me know I want them to get credit for it. Enjoy them!

Unit Studies-Unit studies are like lesson plans but a little bit different while lesson plans will stay on the subject for instance "geography" a unit study will branch off with one subject and include other things with it like math, history, spelling, grammar ect...
For instance Take the subject "States"- Not only would you learn about all 50 states for geography but how to spell them, use math on the distance between each state, learn the history of when each state became a state, create a famous dish from that state and learning about Home Education at the same time!
*1. My state unit study-"Click Here" Was one of the best unit studys I have ever seen. Done with the Abeka "My State book" its worth looking at

EdHelper is a great site "Click Here" With lesson plans for each state and country this is a great place if your doing notebooking too! I think the Geography is free but this is starting to become a paid yearly site.
